The Deadite Slayer will be conducting an exclusive interview with the Ladies of the Evil Dead at the upcoming Montreal Comic Con Horror Fest and needs your help. She’s opening up the questions for the Ladies of the Evil Dead to fans and will be picking 6-7 questions to feature in the interview. You can submit questions here.

Visual artist and designer Signalnoise designed a concept for an Evil Dead Poster that was never released:

Earlier this year we were in talks with the studio before the theatrical release of THE EVIL DEAD (remake). We expressed my interest in the movie, and being a big fan of the original film I really wanted to take a crack at an alternative art poster. I was SO gung-ho that I developed the concept above (with the aid of my buddy, Dave Howlett) to get them excited about the project.

New limited edition blu-rays of Evil Dead films have been popping up lately. The latest is in Germany where BMV Medien and StudioCanal will release extended uncut editions of Evil Dead 2. The extended cut is approximately 3 minutes longer than the theatrical cut. Unfortunately the additional scenes won’t be in HD. The blu-ray sets will come as 25th anniversary edition and wood edition. Both sets will be available September 24th. Check out the specs below. Both blu-ray sets can be ordered here.

Sony Pictures Japan has announced two limited edition blu-ray sets of Evil Dead (2013) releasing in Japan on October 8th. The first set includes the US theatrical release plus the exclusive Best Buy bonus disc. The second set includes everything from the first set but also includes the original Evil Dead blu-ray.

Evil Dead comes to Halloween Horror Nights 2013 at Universal Studios in Hollywood, CA and Orlando, Florida. The most terrifying film becomes the most terrifying maze when the Evil Dead maze opens this September 20th only at Halloween Horror Nights.

The Blu-ray and DVD releases of the Evil Dead remake are now available!

The Evil Dead Trilogy Blu-ray UK box set is available for pre-order at Amazon.co.uk. The box set will be available August 12th! Specs and special features are currently unknown.  We will let you know once we find out.
