When they usually say cross platform, it usually means for every console. I imagine once news starts dropping they will officially confirm it, plus another thing to point out, this games getting released across all platforms including the switch , i imagine they are wanting to get this game out to as many people as possible to play to get a good player base going for it, what other way to do that then cross-play across all platforms.

Boss Team is also just the publisher on this, Saber's the one developing this and they also seem to be the ones marketing it as well, so i imagine the news is gonna come from them rather then boss team games.

That Savini Ash Williams looks like Ash went through a serious heavy metal/goth phase, still looks pretty dope though, reminds me of the tone the remake had.

Yeah, the ultimate one. The regular collectors is still available.
 
I really hope this game comes to Steam. Easier to play with other users since you're computer is already connected to the internet.

Makes me wonder what the lore/story is going to be behind this, i imagine it's gonna be something pretty gnarly.

It's only on the Epic Game store on pc, it's not on the steam store, which quite frankly was a bad call on saber's part as they basically just cut off half their pc player base. Plus Epic already has a shoddy reputation amongst the pc community as well.

Hopefully it's a timed exclusive and it comes out sooner rather then later on Steam.

Nothing at all, that page is just used to link you to the official games website. As i mentioned above, if you are getting it on PC, you can only get it through epic game store for right now, you have to install the launcher and then pre-order from the page located on the epic games store and you will be able to play the game through that launcher when it launches.
