I'm not picking up my first issue 'til around July, so I'll let you know then - Previews here at Dynamite's website. If you're gonna go with a Dynamite run, I'd suggest Steve Niles' Ash and the Army of Darkness and Ash Gets Hitched, both of which are nie on perfect codas for AOD.

I loved Bolton's art for that one but I didn't care much for what he did re explaining away character motivations. Ash-centric covers for Die!Namite #3! Top to bottom: Arthur Suydam, Dave Acosta + variants. Hey, Ash finally gets to do a leg cling of his own! HAWAII! Surfers! Bikinis...

It's going to be interesting to see where horror goes from here, TBH - what goes the Tubi route, what ends up on OnDemand streaming, what gets released to theaters. I'm already pretty interested in this because at least it's a fresh spin on the old themes.

Craig DiGregorio did a whole interview at the time with the AV Club, which is the closest anyone ever got to commenting on the situation. Sam and Bruce and Rob have all remained understandably mum, though Bruce will probably talk about it someday.

A Halloween release for the game would be pretty fitting.
