Hopefully someone can correct me on any small details, I know it was the first Book of the Dead sculpted case release for The Evil Dead, created in Germany, unofficial, was lusted after (in a fashion) at the time by fans and was partially the inspiration for Tom Sullivan to regain his copyright...
