Ash is brasher. They also made him dumber. I'm still scratching my head over some of the decisions he makes in season 3.

It's not as good as season 1 & 2. It's way more slapstick and gorier. Not too bad of a cut although there's no fancy background credits. It moves very quickly and isn't bogged down too much by backstory.

I just finished binging the first five episodes. I don't want to spoil anything for you guys but wanted to give my impressions so far: The pacing is really fast this season. Lots of people die. Episodes 1-3 are kind of eh. Episode 4, it really starts to pick up. Episode 5 is crazy.
