What if all this tv talk is a ploy to keep things under wraps until they get a working script for a sequel/beyond. I think it would be a mistake to just let it go, or worse sally forth minus Ms. Jane Levy. I thought she was great... and indeed a breath of fresh air.

According to his most recent Tweet is Chicago he is doing a game show type deal complete with prizes. I'm not sure this will transfer over anywhere else, but sounds like a cool idea to spice things up at conventions. aside from crazy q&a.

Re: Evil Dead Television Series Sam on the tv side was always the executive producer I'd be shocked if he directed and episode if this show is a go. Rob Tapert actually directed a few episodes of Xena and Hercules. I wonder if Ted will also be apart of this... and some of the other crew members...

Yeah, he does tend to make everything his own. I have never seen a man so good at doing what Bruce does when it comes to interacting with fans. The man needs no script... just a microphone.

Re: Evil Dead Television Series A post apocalyptic setting could be fun, but the S-Mart ending is probably the most viable. I'd imagine if they put it together that powers that be will fight for the latter. 

Re: Evil Dead Television Series I can see it all now. A show about Ash's time spent working in housewares, and all the zanny things that can/will happen... including an occasional visit from a crazy deadite. I just ruined a perfectly good pair of pants.

They won't rest until every movie ever made is remade. The biggest question is will Sam reprise his roll as a reporter?!?

Wow, going 30 years between flicks is crazy. I guess working with Sam and company was traumatizing enough.

There are a lot of talks shows on tv both during the day and night... and a vast majority of them suck. Including the big ones. Give me a Bruce Campbell, or Craig Ferguson driven show over any of them. Anymore I just use my tv for watching movies on dvd and playing video games.
