The trouble with Deadline's quote on the cumes is that they're quoting are for a total of six showings over all the major Starz networks. It's not what most networks do and it's not what Nielsen does on top of that; each airing counts as a separate rating, all that counts for cumulative ratings...
I saw a full recap of the panel and posted it upthread (no video, sadly) and they definitely didn't. Either they signed contracts today or someone was talking out of school.
I freaking love that clip of Lucy and Bruce.
I will say this about the Q&A on Facebook: it's not the worst I've ever seen Bruce do but whenever someone asks him "Who would win in a fight?" questions I wince. He haates those.
Hmm, this is interesting to me. Deadline is naming "someone close...
Here's a recap of the New York Comic Con Panel
The first question was about season 3 – but Campbell turned that around, telling the asker and other fans that they need to write angry letter to the Starz execs demanding season 3.
So....
@Muzzlehatch - I'll even stand up for AOD Ash and say that his snappiness and toughness is a natural extension of what happens in TED and ED2 after everything he's been through.
I think between ED, ED2 and AOD there are character and personality traits that can be mounted up into a single...
Nice shots and a good clip, Kain. Man, 18 times - that's so cool!
Between Bruce's comment and this quote in an interview that was just published:
TD: Has there been talks about a possible season three?
BC: “There better be! We’re already talking about it on our end. We have to look...
The second one's my favorite!
Inktober is happening so there's a bunch of Ash fanart in the inktober tags on both Tumblr and Devientart, for those who seek more!
Cutlining for some speculation; I doubt it's going to come true but here's my thinking
The thing is that there are definitely remains on the property. Linda's skull is still in the workshed. You'd think her family would've wanted her remains back if everyone knows what happened to Ash...
Oh yeah, Blunt Talk's completely cratered; I don't know what Starz was thinking pairing these two shows, since BT's audience and AvED's audience have next to nothing in common and I have a feeling most everyone fled once the show is over to watch whatever else was on (and I love Patrick Stewart...
And the premier rating is a 0.21, bringing the show in at 42nd place.
436k watched. That's on average with the first season premiere but a hundred k down from the season one finale.
RE: Evil Dead action figures
Neat! Looking forward to seeing them
I keep hoping we'll get other retro figures too (I NEED a Deadite Cheryl and Linda some day, and a Deadite Sheila would be amazing - and a regular figure of Annie, perhaps?)
And now it is time for my full opinion :p
Overall, the episode improves on a second watching. It's still not perfect by a long shot, but at least it engages the audience and provides scares and laughs. That doesn't stop me from noticing the flaws though. My review:
LIKED:

Also, for anyone who's hoping to spend the next hour unspoiled, the official Tumblr and Twitter are Doing The Posting Untagged Spoilers Thing Again.
[hr]
And there's apparently an AvED snapchat feature that turns you into a puking Deadite, for those who have Snapchat and want to show it off.
Man, thirteen years! And yeah, I think that's what keeps me coming back (to the point I ended up a junior moderator here).
Elise has some HQ tagless shots on hers site; I'd offer up my blog but it's all Bruce-centric and nothing you wouldn't find on Getty at this point.
Be sure to...
Ahh, I was wondering. I know they couldn't possibly be showing the first episode by then.
Thank you for catching those, Joe; they're listed on the Spoiler TV webpage, Kain. They're usually decently reliable for productive spoilers so what Joe had is quite likely accurate.

RE: Evil Dead action figures
Do you make display dioramas or do they stay in-package, out of curiosity? Mine are all arranged in various fighting poses on a shelf.
