I keep hoping they'll re-release Running Time on Blu Ray with a fresh commentary; that was supposed to happen but I think it got cancelled.

I'm surprised they didn't hold back that featurette for the DVD; it's very good, I love it when they break down the amount of time and work that goes into the practical effects they're doing. The best thing about the store is that the Ebay prices will probably fall for the stuff that went out...

Consolidated replies! @Muzzlehatch: The thing is that they all vetoed longer episodes so they could focus on the action.  Bruce said a couple of times that he didn't want to explore Ash's feelings in depth  @TheOtherFrogBrother: Oh definitely, and that's the only thing that comes close to...

And this week's ratings are...slightly better but not by much. The show did a 0.16 with 383k watching, which is 107k more than last week.  Not a huge bump, but a bump, and a little more on par with the first week. It's strange how the show keeps adding and losing viewers at 100k allotments...

I was thinking something Three Stooges-esque, but "Ash and the Stooges" sounded a tad too mean.

@Mardeadite - I'm pretty sure that ED2 is probably the most easily accessible for them - they probably signed away a fewer amount of rights to it and can likely allow or disallow what they needed to.

Live +5s are out for last week; the show added 566 viewers, to which episode I don't know since these go through the 8th and that's after the second episode aired. I'm really interested in seeing what the ratings are for this week's, and to know if the above are cumes for the pilot and episode 2.

Y'know, I can see what you guys both mean with the Supernatural feeling the episode had - I can pick out the parallel between what Supernatural does with its monsters of the week and what they were trying to do there, and the attempt at establishing a feeling at teamwork!
