Jesus aren't they announcing this close to release date? We knew about the first NECA series a while ago so I'm assuming NECA didn't want to tease this line over time.

I'm guessing they wanted to hold something back for SDCC.

Meanwhile I'm sitting here trying to figure out if Ruby's kids had diapers on them canonically or if this was a stylistic choice.

When it arrives, this will be one of those "going directly into storage" items for me.

My ex would've loved it though as she collected these dolls.

I don't know if anyone saw this the first time around i posted it but the AvED instagram has been having some fun with the hero ash figure, that account has probably become my favorite out of the social media accounts, facebook second, twitter third, that tumblr account however, that one can just stay locked up in a deep dark dungeon as far as i'm concerned but yeah check out the instagram account !

The Instagram is definitely my favorite piece of social media the franchise maintains at this point. But doesn't the Facebook mostly recycle stuff from the Twitter or are they two different teams of interns?

My guess is more than one has the keys to the car so to speak, or they are just trying to change things up. I know there are some who will post different things on each social networking site just to be a little more creative. Those figures are really cool even for someone like me who isn't a big collector of that kind of memorabilia.

Love the sculpts, and glad they kept his dad-bod and didn't try to super him up too much.​

I just hope they look alright next to the NECA ED2 line. I'd love for there to be a sense of continuity between them.​

I feel like it's been ages since the pre-order. Looking forward to these arriving whenever they're meant to ship.​

That makes sense; they probably have a certain line they need to sell handed down to them from corporate, too. 

The Eligos figure looks nice in particular.

The action figures have been pushed back to late September/early October. I think that we've all been pretty patient. That's for sure.

I pre-ordered mine back in december. Talking about very long wait...

They might be trying to align their debut with the debut of the second season, or perhaps they're holding it for the holiday season?

Too bad about the Sideshow peorders tho.

Fast? The figure was about a year away when they put the pre-order up. Not fast at all.
They're probably too busy making a zillion Marvel figures and 50 versions of Iron Man...
