Never even heard of SKINNER .. I'm going to have to track that down now.

I think I watched Skinner on late night TV here in Brazil years ago and I also remember it as the feature presentation on a TV show hosted by Coffin Joe in the mid to late '90s (it was also on that show that I watched Savini's Night of the Living Dead remake for the first time, and boy, did it leave a mark on me).
I think it might be time to revisit Skinner. I only remember it being very cheap and very disgusting.
