The Random Evil Dead Related Merch & Prop Replicas Thread

Anyway. If it really is legit and it really is as good as it looks in the video, I wonder whether I'd really want to buy it (even if I had the money). Like it looks way better than my Trick or Treat Necronomicon, but that one also has some personality. I put a lot of work into it so that I could truly make it my own.

Maybe in a couple of years if I wanted to get a new one and this one still will be in circulation, I'd get it. But right now I think I'm good (especially for the price).
I co-sign this. That price tag is massive. At first I thought it was AI due to the strange nature of the video. Something seemed off about the whole thing, but apparently it is legit and approved by the rights holders.

Is the "trick or treat " version the dvd rubber release from 2003-2005?

Thank you . Ebay prices are asking for £90-£120 for this seems still pretty expensive. Looks good as far as the design goes but , comments are right in regards to how thin the book is .
As the owner of one, my biggest complaint is them not having the lost pages as accessories, or at least hinted at in any way (like little partially ripped page edges, similar to The Lost Journal of Indiana Jones). Granted that 9 more pages wouldn't make that much of a difference in the thickness of it, but I admire this new hand-made book for including those pages inside the actual book (but that's the only thing it really has going for it IMO).

Mint! Thanks for the information.
I would definitely get behind a company if they released a framed version of the missing pages just like in ED2. But I agree that they should of been included as accessories to the necronomicon they released .

The Trick or Treat version is very flat and clean looking when bought, but you can make it look more interesting with crumpling up the pages and applying some wood strainer and/or shoe polish. Here's how my book looks now.
