I don't understand the hate. poster looks badass to me.
also in regards to the mobile game i think they were just claiming it to be a tie in since it comes out around the same time as the show. it appears to be a mix of the original movie with the reboot although it clearly has more of the reboots DNA. as far as.infinite runners go.it doesnt look that bad. i think its silly how so many ppl are claiming it to be a rip off of the other infinite runner game with zombies.

I think the posters are OK but they could have been better .... they'd look more 'epic' if they were in Moss or Humpreys style IMO. And as for a possible feminist slant on Ash V Evil Dead, the original film also had two men with three women kicking the **** out of them so let's not accuse or even suggest that the Michigan Mafia are sexist against women ... they were the first to make the man the weaker species on that level :s ....

Agree with you, the posters are just ok. I think they tried to get the same style as this old poster :
I just don't understand why they didn't shoot this kind of scene on a real set. They're not in a sci fi world they're just around an old car.
About the feminist slant. This is a touchy subject. It's all over Hollywood and the medias since at least the last 5 years. You can't watch a soap or an insurance advertisement without a wise mom and a dumb dad scenario. As for the movies , just to name a few : Snow White & the Huntsman, Tim Burton's Alice & Wonderland and even the Evil Dead Remake share the same idea "A fragile woman turns out into a fierce warrior". I expect to get a strong feminist side injected into the series with a "guys are dumb and women are wise" kind of dialog. I could be wrong but the trailer seems to show a few hints about this.

I was just thinking that with The Avengers, or (insert superhero movie here title here) they would release a poster with the lady with her back turned... or bending over with her shirt halfway zipped up. I digress though, and people need to remember that Ash vs Evil Dead is not operating on a movie budget here, and I think the women involved will be plenty strong to make up for lack of numbers. We have just 71 days unil Halloween, and I still think we may get some extra treats when Bruce hits Chicago for his Con.

I figured out that kelly drives around on a motorcycle through the trailer, there's a red motorcycle parked infront of value stop, you can see it right before the delta pulls up, and it show's up again parked next to the what i'm gonna assume is her grandparent's house.
And another small detail i have just noticed, at 2:30 in the trailer when pablo is kicking ash the chainsaw his way, the kabar knife is in his shoulder, my money is that the old granny stabbed pablo.
Another small but probably not important detail, pablo works in electronics at the value stop, you can tell this by looking at his name tag at 0:42, and another small detail i also noticed if you look at pablo's nametag and ash's you can tell ash has been wearing his nametag for a long time cause it's fading out on him. And it seems kelly just recently got her job at the value stop cause her nametag has "trainee" on it.
It seems ash has some modern items in his trailer, at 1:31 you can see ash has a small screen plasma hd tv, pablo possibly could have hooked him up with it.
The Deadite in the car with pablo and ash (the famous bottle stabbing scene) appears to be wearing value stop clothing, could be the gm or a co worker that snuck into the car maybe, or it could be a gas station worker that got possessed while they were getting gas and he snuck into the back seat while they were paying .
I think the deer head from evil dead 2 is back or could be just something else, it can be spotted on the top shelf , at 2:10.

Nice job Joem1k. I thought about doing a in depth look at the trailer, but somehow never got around to it. Pablo not only has a knife through his shoulder, but it appears to be stuck into the wall so that all he can move is his foot which he uses to kick the chainsaw to Ash. Granny is a little more feisty than first thought.. The motorcycle is in different scenes, and I doubt the house is her grandparents house considering the bit with the crosses... but you never know. I see what could be seen as antlers of some sort, but I'm not even sure of that as they are in a stock room of some type. It could just be a toy on the shelf although a battery operated laughing deer head would be cool, haha.

I'm gonna bet that the scene were that demon with the underbite is in the book from beyond shop, cause there is books and other various things scattered about.
