Eehhh... I think the logo is WAY too big and the character photo is a bit too small, but I do like the dark blue and the stone frame. Though I'm not a fan, I do have to give them points for making an effort to be different from the Super7 ReAction AOD line packaging.
I have never NOT wanted an Evil Dead merchandise line this badly.Remember those MGM Horror Series foam keychain figures from a couple years ago that had AOD Ash and Evil Ash? Well apparently Monogram still has the license and has decided to do an all AOD series and... holy shit... they're bad. Ash (in all three versions presented in this series) has some serious 5 o'clock shadow going on, Sheila's main figure is blonde (but has accurate black hair on the poster-inspired keychain), The Wise Man is now doing his best Gandalf The White cosplay, and Evil Ash (clearly recycled from the old MGM Horror Series) still looks like he's hungover and in no condition to lead an army of the undead.
Anyway... estimated release is October this year. They look to be an Entertainment Earth exclusive for now.

I also just noticed she's in her costume from the Blacksmith workshop scene, but her hairstyle is from when she's taken by the winged Deadite, so clearly someone sat down and watched the movie for reference... and yet still managed to get the hair color wrong. The rest of me is annoyed that they biffed her reddish brown hair THAT badly.
I guess we can assume it's from after Ash takes her bun down but SIGH.I also just noticed she's in her costume from the Blacksmith workshop scene, but her hairstyle is from when she's taken by the winged Deadite, so clearly someone sat down and watched the movie for reference... and yet still managed to get the hair color wrong.

That sounds like a warning.Looks like these AOD monogram collectibles are out or will be soon.
So I guess that explains why The Wise Man is doing the Gandalf The White cosplay... but wouldn't you think they'd want the chase figure to be Ash? I don't think anyone who buys these and opens up a bag is gonna be like "Aw hell yeah dude I got the white Wise Man chase fig!"And if you’re feeling lucky, keep an eye out for the special chase designs featuring the movie poster and The Wise Man

Be warned they look like nice little 3d models but they are actually just flat pieces of plastic with the image stuck on.Anyone interested in ugly medieval cats ?

No, these are real 3D figurines. I've seen them (well, not the AOD ones, but the MGM Horror series ones from the same company) at Walmart.I recommended something similar looking to a cryptozoology fan a year or so ago. I thought (as did he) that he'd be getting a load of small figures. What he got instead was a load of flat images printed on plastic so this might be the same scam?. Just a warning.
That's a relief, I was worried it might be the same scam. Some companies are selling what could be best desrcibed as POGS and presenting them as mini figures instead. No, these are real 3D figurines.
